Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio is an American actor. She is best known for playing Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively on ABC's Lost TV show. Originally from Worthington Ohio she dropped out of high school in order to relocate to Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. As she struggled financially, she was able to land her first part as Rachel's Room's main character the web-based video show Rachel's Room in the year 2001. Following her win of an Young Artist Award in 2002 due to her role as Murder on the streets of Greenwich of a 15-year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to be awarded. Grace Rutherford was the main actor in Lost during its initial two seasons. In 2004, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble.
